Q. I really want to make this business work. What should I do to get off to a good start?
A. To get off to a good start in any area of our life we want to first commit to what we are doing. Any time we TRY something we don't really intend for it to work out. Once you're committed to learning and making this work, set a GOAL. If you don't have a goal, you are a ship out to sea without a rudder. How many days will it take you to promote to REGIONAL? The avarage time to promote to Regional on our team is less than 30 days. Write this date down on paper! Make sure that you have done your game plan training so you know how to invite, present, and close people. Now you need to commit to an activity that will produce the result. You need to show the business to 3 people a day for your first 5 days. If you're reading this and have been in the business for more than 5 days, you can start this today. It's important to let your trainer know that you're hitting the RESET button and that you're committed to 3 a day for 5 days. The next major key to get off to a great start besides showing 3 people a day is keeping your energy and attitude positive. Q. What should I say to someone who doesn't join on the spot?
A. You should use the 48 hour close. Say "Will you please do me a favor? Let me know within two days if you're IN or OUT because I need to know for positioning purposes." You should also give them something to THINK ABOUT such as the Vision Magazine or the Millionaire Blueprint article. If you're not signing people on the spot make sure to watch the closing videos in the video section of this website.

Q. What are the most important books to read as a new FHTM representative?
A. Leaders are readers! We have found that your business becomes a reflection of your thoughts and attitude. The following is a list of recommended reading.

Q. How do I motivate my people?
A. People are motivated out of inspiration or desperation. If they aren't desperate, you must find ways to inspire them. The best way to inspire someone is to plug them in to everything you can so they can "catch" the vision. Make sure they get on conference calls, webinars, show up to any local events and watch all the videos on this website. Ask them to watch a video a day and to tell you which one it was and what they learned.

Q. What are some tips for a successful credibility call?
A. A credibility call is done to establish credibility and teamwork for your new representative. The very best way to show the business to someone is the 2 on 1 approach which is the new rep and the upline sitting with the new reps potential partner. The second best way is for the new rep to use a tool such as a DVD, DVD online or a Webinar and then call the upline trainer as though the trainer was sitting there with them. That phone call is a bit different every time. The basics to cover on a credibility call are COMPANY, TIMING and TEAM. Make sure to sell you and the team. Q. I have contacts out of the area, whats the best way to show them the business?
A. Even though it's always better to be in person with someone, sometimes that's not realistic. Many people that are on your list live aross the country in another city. It is possible to show the business and to support people no matter where they live. We encourage you to show the DVD online to those people and then put your trainer on the phone for the credibility call. DO NOT EMAIL OUT YOUR WEBSITE OR THE PRESENTATION. When you have someone watch the video in person, sit right next to them. This is the same for people across the country. When you have someone watch the DVD online, stay on the phone with them and LISTEN WHILE THEY WATCH the presentation. This creates importance and a connection just as if you were in person. Once the video is done, say the same thing as if you were in person, DO YOU SEE WHY I'M EXCITED, or DOESN'T THIS MAKE SENSE? After that, do a 3 way call with your trainer.
