Establish your "Why" (Video)
Why you do this business is more important than how you do this business. Invest time in writing your reason why you joined FHTM down and make sure to review it daily. You have to get emotional! Either get excited about your future or upset about your present financial situation. You have to allow yourself to get in the game!
Contact List (Video)
Building your contact list is by far the most important ongoing part of your business. You should take an hour and just brainstorm names. Write a list down. Name, phone number and the location of the person. Don't prejudge anyone. The best way is to write down every contact from your cell phone. You can add to this list by going through the yellow pages and asking yourself questions like "Who do I know who is a auto mechanic, banker, barber, chiropractor, who has a nice car, who do you know who is in construction, etc." Keep going through the pages A to Z. Start with a list of at least 100 names.
Invitation (Video)
The invitation is key to getting people to look at the business. You can't make people do the business but you can make them at least look. If you can't show the full business presentation, do not share ANYTHING about how the business works. DO NOT email out the presentation or hand out DVDs. Its important that you stay connected to the entire process to make sure they watch the full presentation. If you are watching a DVD with them make sure to stay with them while they watch. For your contacts that live out of the area make sure to stay on the phone with them while they watch the online presentation so you can 3-way call your trainer after for a credibility call. Business Presentation (Video)
Showing the business 3 times a day for your first 5 days is the SECRET! You SHOW the business, not TELL the business. There are a few ways that we have found as the most effective ways to show the business.
The FHTM DVD - Ask your trainer for a copy or order them from your FHTM Back Office.
Home Meeting - Ask your trainer to come over and do a meeting for a few of your close contacts.
Hotel Meeting - Make sure to plug into your local meeting if you have one in your area.
Credibility Call (Video)
If you're showing the business presentation by yourself, it's important to use your trainer over the phone as your credibility. Make sure to have your trainer on stand by so they know that you will be calling them after the presentation is done. To put them on stand by call or text them to let them know you're going to show the presentation. When the video is over, say to your guest "Do you see why I'm excited?" or "Doesn't this just make sense?" and then call or 3-way call your trainer for support. The transition from the presentation online to doing a 3-way call is "HOLD ON", then just 3-way call your trainer. If you're in person just pick up your phone and call your trainer. Say that you have a friend/business partner who just watched the video sitting with you and you would like to just introduce them to your trainer.
Closing (Video)
In your new FHTM business there is one thing that counts, RESULTS! Your goal is to help people overcome their FEAR and join you. People buy people, not companies. Sell your vision.
Action (Video)
Doubt will take you out of action and action will take you out of doubt. This business is about keeping yourself and your team focused on promoting to Regional Sales Manger. You will for the lifetime in this business be assisting your teams in getting promoted.
